Whether you are a beginner or a dancer that wants to continue their dance journey, our adult class is the place for you! You will make new friends, stay fit and express yourself through dance in this awesome class.
Combination tap and jazz class. Learn basic dance skills while having fun, making friends, getting some exercise and stress relief.
Ages 18-80: Wednesday 7:15-8:15pm
Jazzercise Lite® is a total body workout designed for older adults. This 45 minute cardio-strength training class will help build and tone muscle, improve balance, increase flexibility and burn fat. This class is held at Rufty-Holmes Senior Center and requires membership at the center.
Ages 55-95: Monday/Wednesday/Friday 8:15-9:00am & 9:15-10:00am
